Blasphemy is a Noun.
Meaning:
  • Saying offensive things about god or religion is blasphemy.
  • Behavior or language that insults or shows a lack of respect for God, religion or holy thing.
Usages:
  1. Having found guilty of blasphemy, he is sentenced to three years in jail.
  2. She was condemned by the church for uttering blasphemies.

Heresy is a Noun. 
Meaning:
  • a belief or opinion that does not agree with the official belief or opinion of a particular religion.
  • Heresy is a belief or action that most people think is wrong, because it disagrees with beliefs that are generally accepted.
Usages:
  1. They were preaching dangerous heresies.
  2. Some beliefs, like flat Earth theory, are heresies in both the modern and pre-modern senses.
  3. Advocating in support of a rapist is a heresy.

Apostasy is a Noun.
Meaning:
  • Apostasy is an act of abandoning past beliefs.
  • If someone is accused of apostasy, they are accused of abandoning their religious faith, political loyalties, or principles.
Usages:
  1. Isis militants believe that Sufi worship at these tombs is a form of apostasy.
  2. His apostasy set up lifelong conflicts with his parents and church elders.

Apostate is a person who commits apostasy.
Heretic is a person who is guilty of heresy.

Difference between blasphemy and heresy and apostasy:
  • If you abandon your religion, you commit apostasy.
  • If a religion is the prevailing one in your community and your beliefs are contrary to its orthodoxy, you commit heresy
  • Blasphemy is offending by word or deed against the prevailing orthodoxy. (orthodoxy means a widely accepted belief)

In a nutshell
If you become Muslim from Christian, you commit apostasy.
If you are a Hindu but don't believe in Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh, you commit heresy.

Blasphemy was done by Taliban:
After failing to destroy the 1,700-year-old sandstone statues of Buddha with anti-aircraft and tank fire, the Taliban brought a lorryload of dynamite from Kabul. A Western observer said: "They drilled holes into the torsos of the two statues and then placed dynamite charges inside the holes to blow them up."
