    Mnemonic of the words:-

As we know nascent means starting to develop and likely to grow bigger or stronger in the future.

Nascent looks and sounds like Nasa sent. NASA sent humans to Mars to establish a nascent civilization.

Neophyte = new plant; Neo means new and phyte means plant. A neophyte is like new plant- fresh, jut spouted, and learning to grow.

Tutelage looks like Tutor + Teenage. A tutor guiding and teaching a Teenage learner. This way we can learn tutelage means guidance or instruction.

Scourge looks Scary urge. Imagine a scary urge to punish or destroy something. A SCOURGE is like a SCARY URGE to destroy—it brings terrible suffering.
