Comical is an adjective. It means funny or amusing because of being strange or unusual.

Comically is its adverb.

What is the difference between comic and comical ?

First of all, comical is not adverb of comic.

Comic means to create laughter on purpose. An intended action that make you laugh, like, a joker makes different types of facial expression to make public laugh.

Comical means having the effect of causing laughter. It is not intended.

Two kids fighting on the street is  unintentionally comical. The kids are not fighting to make public laugh, people are laughing because of kid's actions that seems funny.
