These words are used for places where ideas are presented, debated, or shared, however, they are not used in the same way.
Forum
Forum is a place where people can exchange opinions and ideas on a particular issue, especially important public issues.

Arena
An arena is a place where sports, entertainments, and other public events take place. It has seats around it where people sit and watch.

Stage
A stage is a raised platform for performance, presentation, or public visibility. A theater stage, a concert stage.

Platform
A platform is a flat raised structure or area, usually one which something can stand on or land on.

Difference between Forum, arena, stage, platform :
Forum is like a place, meeting, or medium where people can openly discuss an ideas, debate and exchange of opinions.
Arena is a place of contest, conflict, and competition. Winners or losers are decided here.
Stage is a place for performance and presentation to an audience. It's is used to delivering a message, art, or information to those who is watching. A theater stage, a concert stage.
Platform is a technical or structural base that elevates, supports, and provides the tools for expression and connection. Platform is like a raised structure, like a train platform, a speaking platform. Platform is also used on figurative form, like social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.

Stage is used for performance.
