Noun:
  • Object made of pouring or pressing soft material into a mould

CASTE:-
Meaning:-
  • The system of dividing society into classes based on differences in origin or rank
  • A social class, especially based on hereditary
  • A hereditary social class among Hindus
Examples:-

Meaning:-

CESSION(N):-
Meaning:-
  • The act of giving up land or rights, especially to another country ager a war
  • Act of surrendering
  • Things that are ceded 
Examples:-
  1. Indians will never agree to the cession of Kashmir to Pakistan.
  2. The cession to this territory tended to establish for us an economic completeness.
SESSION(N):-
Meaning:-
  • A school or university year
  • A period of time that is spent doing a particular activity
Examples:-
  1. She has a weekly session at the health club on Monday.
  2. The Governor called a special session of the Legislature.



DANCE VS  DUNCE
DANCE(N/V):-
Meaning:-
Noun:
  • A series of movements and steps that are usually performed to music
  • The art of dancing
  • An act of dancing
Verb:
  • To move you body to the sound and rhythm of music
  • Cause somebody to dance
  • To move in a lively way
Examples:-
  1. The sun shone on the sea and the waves danced and sparkled
  2. They danced to the disco music.
  3. We should have a partner and practice these new dance steps.
DUNCE(N):-
Meaning:-
  • A person, especially a child at school, who is stupid and slow to learn
  • A stupid person who has low intelligence
Examples:-

  2. Dunce, a slow and stupid person, one incapable of learning.



CONFIDANT VS CONFIDENT

CONFIDANT(N):-
Meaning:-
  • Someone to whom private matters are confided
  • A person on which you can trust and want to share your secret things
Examples:-
  1. Very few friends are confidants.
  2. Gaddafi ignored the military, giving control to security militias led by either his sons or confidants.
CONFIDENT:-
Meaning:-
  • Feeling sure about own ability to do things and be successful
  • Being very sure
  • self-confident
Examples:-
  1. We should always be in a relaxed and confident.
  2. I am confident that I will get the job.
