Right- He was a son, then became husband, then father, but he did not do well any role. ✔
Explanation:
Don't use either here. Any is correct here.
Either is used for two things, and any is used for more than two.
2.
Wrong- Five years passed since my son has born. ✘
Right- Five years have passed since my son born. ✔
Explanation:
Use have passed for passed, and born for has born.
When since is used as a conjunction, it must be preceded by a present perfect tense and followed by a past tense.
3.
Wrong- How could I hear such words from any other man but him? ✘
Right- How could I hear such words from any man but him? ✔
Explanation:
Remove other, if other is retained, then but must be changed to than: How could I hear such words from any man than him?
As other is a comparative adjective, we must use than with other.

Wrong- Neither of my sons do anything for living. ✘

Use does in place of do, since neither is singular. When neither is used as noun or as adjective, must be followed by singular verbs.
